It sheds light on the challenges faced by the woman in their relationship post-marriage, emphasizing the societal pressures that expect her to prioritize her partner's needs above her own career ambitions.

While Sumbul Touqeer Khan is said to be essaying the role of an IAS officer, the makers have reportedly roped in Mishkat Varma as the male lead opposite her. While an official announcement is still awaited, the actor is likely to play an IPS officer in the much-awaited show.

Amid all this, the latest reports suggest that Kavya will witness Sumbul's reunion with one of her Imlie co-star. Well, we're talking about Chandresh Singh who played her father-in-law in the hit Star Plus show.

According to a Tellychakkar report, Chandresh Singh has been roped in to essay the role of Sumbul's onscreen father in Kavya - Ek Jazbaa Ek Junoon. However, the makers are yet to confirm it.

For the unversed, Chandresh Singh has been a part of several popular TV shows including Balika Vadhu and Suhani Si Ek Ladki. He also featured in the Disney+Hotstar web series Criminal Justice.
