Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai New Leads: Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, produced by Rajan Shahi, has been continuously making a mark on the TRP front ever since its premiere in 2009. Featuring Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod as protagonists Abhimanyu and Akshara respectively, the show often grabs eyeballs for different reasons.

Currently, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been regularly making headlines for the twists and turns in the storyline. At first, the sudden demise of Jay Soni's character Abhinav shocked the loyal viewers of YRKKH. While the current track revolves around AbhiRa's reunion and wedding, Akshara gets to know that she's pregnant with Abhinav's child.

FAHMAAN KHAN WITH TEJASSWI PRAKASH NEW LEADS OF YRKKH?

Amid all this, there has been a constant murmur about another generation leap in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in November. Also, reports suggested that Fahmaan Khan and Tejasswi Prakash have been in talks with the makers to replace Harshad and Pranali as new protagonists after the impending leap.

In a new interview, Fahmaan Khan opened up about the rumoured Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai offer. Interestingly, the actor didn't give a clear answer and neither denied nor accepted being in talks for the hugely popular show.

When the reporter asked if he is going to be a part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai with Tejasswi Prakash after leap, Fahmaan told Telly Bytes, "Mujhe iske baare mei kuch pata hi nahi hai, honestly bata raha hu aapko. Maine kya kiya hai, jaise hi maine Dharampatnii khatam kiya, maine music video pe kaam karna shuru kar diya tha. Toh pura mera dhyaan isi pe hai aur mere manager ko bhi ye pata hai ki iska pura dhyaan waha pe hai, isko disturb nahi karta hun. Toh iski release tak... point ye hai ki iss cheez ko jodna, edit, colouring, jo bhi hai, jitna bhi kaam hota hai na post-production, ye sab bohot zyada kaam hota hai. We've to be completely there and I'm completely there for this. I'm not focusing on anything else right now, this is my focus. Ye jab release hoga shayad iske baad dekhte hai kya hai."

Earlier, Shaheer Sheikh was also rumoured to be approached for the show. However, he denied the speculations and cleared that he's not doing YRKKH. However, Fahmaan's answer has left us wondering if he's in talks and not giving a proper answer as things are yet to get materialised. Well, only time will tell.
