Double iSmart Story
Double ISmart is a Telugu action thriller movie directed by Puri Jagannadh. The movie casts Ram Pothineni, Sanjay Dutt, Kavya Thapar, and Bani J in the main lead roles along with Ali, Getup Sreenu, Sayaji Shinde, Makrand Deshpande, Temper Vamsi, and many others have seen in supporting roles. The music was composed by Manisharma while the cinematography was done by Sam K Naidu, Gianni Giannelli and it is edited by Karthika Sreenivas R. The film is produced by Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur under Puri Connects banner.

Story
An international gangster, Big Bull (Sanjay Dutt), controls drug and other mafia operations from London, not only in India but also in other countries. However, when he unexpectedly learns that he has a brain tumor and only three months to live, he decides that he doesn't want to die. Upon consulting doctors, he is told that it might be possible to survive through a memory transfer procedure. In search of a suitable candidate for this, they identify iSmart Shankar (Ram), who lives in Hyderabad. Eventually, Big Bull's memory is transferred to iSmart Shankar.
But why did Big Bull's gang target iSmart Shankar? Under what circumstances did Shankar agree to the memory transfer? What happened to Shankar after the memory transfer? How did Big Bull get caught up in Shankar's plans? What were Big Bull's plans to divide the country into South and North regions? How did Shankar manage Big Bull's memory? Why was the RAW agency searching for iSmart Shankar? How did the love track between Shankar and Jenneth (Kavya Thapar) develop? After the memory transfer, how did Jenneth try to protect Shankar? Who is Jenneth, and why did she come to Hyderabad from Delhi? The answers to these questions form the plot of the movie "Double iSmart."
Release Date
Double iSmart will have a Pan India release. It will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages for Maha Shivaratri on March 8, 2024, but it got postponed, and now Double iSmart released in theaters on 15 August 2024.
