Inspector is an Action based movie. In which, Azad Chandra Sekhar (Brahmaji) is a honest and powerful cop. Pandey (Ananda Raj) is a mafia guy. Sivani (Sindhu) is a lawyer. Azad is on the prowl to attack Pandey's atrocities by clipping his wings. In the process, Pandey rapes Sivani. Azad marries Sivani in order to give a respectable social status to her. The rest of the story is all about how Azad takes revange of Pandey.
