Samajavaragamana is a romantic comedy film with a story written by Bhanu Bogavarapu and dialogues penned by Nandu Savirigana. Balu falls in love with Sarayu (Reba Monika John), but he has a peculiar habit of tying rakhi with every girl who shows interest in him. However, in Sarayu's case, Balu genuinely develops feelings for her. Uma Maheshwar Rao's family approves of Balu and Sarayu's love, adding their support to the relationship.
