As an actress, she has worked with many prominent filmmakers and big stars in the industry.  Extremely popular through the 90s, Manisha was rather underrated during her golden period. Her first film in Bollywood debut was the 1991 film Saudagar directed by Subhash Ghai. She made her OTT debut in 2020 with With Maska: “I Had To Abuse A Lot, It Was Difficult” on Netflix. Talking about her character 'Diana', she is an extremely passionate person about the family and culture, Diana is extremely protective of her son, Rumi, and wants him to carry forth the family legacy. She is emotionally strong as she has faced several hardships.

90's kid's favorite actress Kajol's eagerly-anticipated OTT debut series 'The Trial - Pyaar Kanoon Dhokha'premiered on July 14. The courtroom drama is an official remake of the American show The Good Wife. Kajol as a housewife, who goes back to working as a lawyer after years. Tribhanga, a Netflix film directed by Renuka Shahane and starring Tanvi Azmi, Mithila Palkar, and Kajol, was one of the actress's earlier roles.
