Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu earns Rs 51 crs before its release

Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, which features Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the leads, is one of the most-awaited movie of the year 2012. Its different rights like music, satellite and distribution, have got lot of demand in the market. If we are to go by the latest reports, the movie has earned approximately Rs 51 crores even before its release.

The satellite rights of the movie Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu have reportedly been sold to a hefty amount of Rs 15 crore. Its music rights of the film, which have been acquired by T Series, have fetched Rs 6 crores. The distribution rights have reportedly been sold out to UTV Motion Pictures for a whopping amount of Rs 30 crores.

However, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, which is produced by Karan Johar and his banner Dharma Productions, is a big budget movie, which has been made with a whopping amount of Rs 30 crores. The makers of the movie are now said to be very happy as it has earned a benefit of Rs 21 crore even before its release in theatres. Trade analysts think that it will join the club of 100-crore movies.
