Watch Trailer: Rio 2 first look unleashed on internet

Los Angeles: Hollywood's 3D computer-animated musical adventure-comedy film Rio, which released in 2011, has become a bit hit with its worldwide collection reaching over £300 million at the Box Office. Following this success, Blue Sky Studios and director Carlos Saldanha are now busy making a sequel to this movie. They have even unleashed the first look trailer of the film Rio 2.

Rio 2 revolves around Blu, Jewel and their three kids, who are living the perfect domesticated life in the magical city - Rio De Janeiro. When Jewel decides that the kids need to learn to live like real birds, she insists the family venture into the Amazon. As Blu tries to fit in with his new neighbours, he worries that he may lose Jewel and the kids to the call of the wild….

Anne Hathaway once again morphs into a bird as she reprises her role as a blue parrot in Rio 2, which will also features the voices of The Social Network star Jesse Eisenberg, Django Unchained star Jamie Foxx, Bruno Mars, Will.i.am, George Lopez, Tracy Morgan, Jemaine Clement, Leslie Mann, Rodrigo Santoro and Jake T Austin. The film is currently scheduled to be released on April 11, 2014.
