Even TS Nagabharana has expressed his unhappiness over the title of the film and said that the director Oscar Krishna did have a basic courtesy to take his verbal consent to use the title - Mysore Mallige.
Oscar Krishna has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues of Mysore Mallige. According to the director, the film has an unusual story.
A Story of Innocent Girl
The director claims, "Mysore Mallige is about an innocent girl, who faces tough time, as she grows up. The film looks into whether a woman in society gets the right share to live or not,"
He adds, "It is a good mixture of reality and imagination," explains the director. The film will be shot in Mysore, Madikeri and Bangalore soon."
Mysore Mallige Stars
The film stars Ranjan Shetty of Seeta tele-serial fame and Sri of Amrutavarshini soup fame are starring in the male lead roles. However, Roopa Nataraj had earlier worked in the movie Gaali.
