4 Days Kerala Gross Collections
According to the trade experts, CIA has made a total gross collection of 9.70 Crores from the Kerala box office, within the first 4 days of its release.
4th Day Collection
As per the reports, the Dulquer Salmaan movie has managed to collect about 2 Crores on the 4th day alone, from the Kerala box office.
First Weekend Collections
Comrade In America had made a total gross collection of 7.70 Crores from the Kerala box office, within the first weekend (3 days) of its release.
The Producer's Share & Net Collection
Reportedly, CIA has made a net collection of 7.87 Crores from the Kerala box office, within the first 4 days. The producers share is 4.53 Crores.
The All India Collections
The trade experts are yet to reveal the all India gross collection of the movie. However, the close sources suggest that the Dulquer Salmaan will soon touch the 15-Crore at the all India box office, within a couple of days.
Comrade In America-CIA had made a grand opening at the box office, by making an initial collection of 3.09 Crores. Thus the Dulquer Salmaan starrer emerged as the third highest initial collection grosser of Malayalam movie industry.
The release of big budget movie Baahubali 2 has severely affected the collections of CIA-Comrade In America. However, the Amal Neerad movie has been performing moderately well at the box office, despite receiving mixed reviews.
CIA marked the second collaboration of Dulquer Salmaan with the renowned cinematographer-turned-director Amal Neerad, after 5 Sundarikal. Dulquer had essayed the central character in Amal's segment Kullante Bharya, in the anthology movie.
Newcomer Karthika Muralidharan essayed the female lead in the movie, which features Siddique, Maniyanpilla Raju, Soubin Shahir, Jinu Joseph, John Vijay, Sujith Shankar, Chandini Sreedharan, Parvathy, etc., in the supporting roles.
