REVEALED: Karthika Muralidharan's Look In Dulquer Salmaan's Comrade In America

Comrade In America, the upcoming Dulquer Salmaan starrer is all set to introduce a new heroine into the industry, Karthika Muralidharan. The CIA team finally revealed the Karthika's first look from the movie, recently.

The newcomer looks simply gorgeous in the intense poster, in which she has been featured along with the lead actor, Dulquer Salmaan. Karthika Muralidharan is the daughter of popular cinematographer CK Muraleedharan.

Initially, Action Hero Biju fame Anu Emmanuel was roped in to play the female lead in the movie. But Anu was replaced by Karthika after a few days of shooting, after the actress allegedly had a fallout with the production team.

Comrade In America, which is said to be an intense love story, revolves around the central character Aji John, played by Dulquer Salmaan. CIA depicts Aji John's journey to the USA, in search of his estranged lady love.

Karthika Muralidharan appears as Aji's love interest in the movie. The team is expected to reveal the name of her character further details soon. Comrade In America will also have Soubin Shahir, Jinu Joseph, John Vijay, etc., in supporting roles.

CIA is scripted by Paavada fame Shibin Varghese. Newcomer Ranadive handles the cinematography. Gopi Sundar composes the music. Comrade In America is jointly produced by Amal Neerad Productions and Anwar Rasheed Entertainments.
