Vikram-Anushka's Shiva Thandavam release delayed

Here is bad news for all fans of Vikram in Andhra Pradesh. The release of his latest movie Shiva Thandavam starring Jagapathi Babu and Anushka Shetty in leads, has been delayed by a week due to the censor problem. According to the reports, the movie has been postponed to October 5, 2012.

Earlier, Shiva Thandavam was scheduled to release on September 28 on the same day of the release of its Tamil version Thaandavam. But the movie landed in a problem when producer Nattikumar challenged producer C Kalyan's claim that Shiva Thandavam is a straight Telugu film. Sources from the industry claim that now the issue has been resolved and the film is all set to hit the screens on October 5.

Shiva Thandavam is an action-entertainer and Vikram appears as a blind man, who practices the technique of human echolocation. The film promises a good dosage of high voltage action scenes, romance and comedy. The makers claim that it has never-seen-before action scenes choreographed by Hollywood technicians.

Besides Vikram and Anushka, Shiva Thandavam also features Amy Jackson and Lakshmi Rai in the female lead. GV Prakash Kumar has composed music, while Nirav Shah cranked the camera for the film. With its Tamil version Thaandavam releasing on September 28, Telugu audience can not wait to watch it.
