Abbas, originally named Mirza Abbas Ali, was born on May 21, 1975, and holds a diverse professional journey that spans acting, fashion modeling, and contemporary motivational speaking. His primary focus has been on Tamil and Telugu cinema.

Commencing his cinematic journey with the film "Kadhal Desam" (1996), Abbas gained immediate acclaim. While his early attempts at lead roles were met with limited success, he found his stride as part of ensemble casts and in antagonistic characters in notable Tamil films like "Padayappa" (1999), "Kandukondain Kandukondain" (2000), "Minnale" (2001), "Aanandham" (2001), "Pammal K. Sambandham" (2002), and "Arul" (2004).

In 2005, he made waves in the Telugu films with Political Rowdy, Anasuya, Idi Sangathi, and Bank . However, despite subsequent attempts in Telugu cinema, his career trajectory there remained modest.

In 2015, decided to retire from acting and relocated with his family to New Zealand.

Abbas transitioned into the role of a motivational speaker, utilizing his experiences to guide others in personal development and entrepreneurship through workshops. Holding a certification as a life coach, he has empowered numerous individuals to realize their aspirations.
