Dheekshith Shetty is an Indian film and television actor who predominantly works in the Kannada film industry. His television career began with the Zee Kannada television series Naagini. In the year 2020, Dheekshith makes his Sandalwood breakthrough in the megahit Dia. He received a nomination for Kannada best supporting actor award in 2020 for his standout performance in the film Dia.

Dheekshith was born on December 22nd, 1991, in Kundapuar, Udupi, Karnataka. Mr. Shetty, Dheekshith Shetty's father, is a private corporate employee in Bangalore, and Mrs. Shashikala Shetty is a housewife.
Career
Dheekshith competed in and won the second season of the Zee Kannada reality television show Dance Karnataka Dance. He has always loved to dance, and shortly after finishing the championship, he received instruction in a number of other dance styles in order to maintain his dancing career. He made his acting debut in the well-known Kannada television series Naagini, playing the part of Arjun, and quickly rose to fame.
In the 2019 Kannada film Nava Belaku, he made his acting breakthrough. Then he appeared in "Saagutha Doora Doora" with Master Ashik Arya, Gaddapa, and Janvi Jyothi, which was directed by Ravi Teja. He only gained a moderate reputation from his first two movies; in this one, he played a supporting role.
However, after his first two movies, he went on to play the primary character in K. S. Ashoka's Dia. He co-starred in this movie with Pruthvi Ambaar and Kushee Ravi, which came out in 2020. In the South Indian International Movie Awards, he was nominated for best supporting actor for this movie. Dheekshith gave an audition play and was chosen to make his Telugu film debut in Dasara by Srikanth Odela. Alongside Nani and Keerthy Suresh, he co-starred in a crucial role.
