Samastha Keralam PO movie is a simple story narrated with a village named Thonnurkara as the backdrop.
The film tells the story of Prabhakaran, a politician with a difference. A member of the village Panchayath, Prabhakaran is different in the sense that he does not use politics to mint money for himself, but on the other hand uses it to work for the welfare of the people around him. Such a selfless politician naturally earns more enemies than friends and his enemies join hands against him.
