To Harihar Nagar rules the roost

To Harihar Nagar still tops the chart at the box office. Even a month after its release, To Harihar Nagar is running successfully in all the major release centers. Written and directed by Lal, the movie is a sequel to the runaway success In Harihar Nagar, with all the four heroes Mukesh, Asokan, Jagadeesh and Siddique back in their same slots.

With the punch line, "Thomaskutty vittoda", the sequel has undoubtedly captured the essence of the prequel without much flaw.

Not much behind is Bhagya Devatha featuring the dream team, Sathyan Anthikkad and Jayaram. Drawing the family crowd to the theatres, the movie has Jayaram, Narain and Kanihaa in the key roles.

Another sequel Sagar Alias Jackie-Reloaded with Mohanlal in the lead is rather trailing behind in the third position, followed by Sureshgopi's IG, Dileep's Moss n Cat and Jayaram's Samastha Keralam P O.

Superstars' movies no longer reign unless backed by a strong story, as the audiences are hardly wiling to accept anything in the name of cinema.
