Story
Seventeen years after the events of the first film, the Vettaiyan Raja's palace is now a den of greedy businessman Murugesan, who has taken control of the palace. In a desperate attempt to escape their own personal and financial problems, a new family moves into the palace. However, they soon realise that they have made a grave mistake, and the family soon finds themselves in more trouble than they ever could have imagined.
The priest warned Lakshmi Menon, Mahima Nambiar, and Shruti Dange not to go to the west side of the house, especially the room where Chandramukhi had been sealed away for 17 years. But the three women were curious and determined to find out what was in the room. They ignored the priest's warning and opened the door, unleashing Chandramukhi's wrath. The vengeful spirit possessed the women and wreaked havoc on their lives.
The bungalow is haunted by the tragic love story of Vettaiyan Raja and Chandramukhi. In this part, the story focuses on Chandramukhi and Vettaiyan's revenge story, and the new residents must find a way to break it before it's too late.
