Plot 

​A former gangster, striving to leave behind his violent past, finds solace in the love of his wife. However, the shadows of his previous life loom large, threatening to unravel his newfound peace. As old enemies resurface and secrets emerge, his journey towards redemption becomes a tumultuous battle between love and the inescapable pull of his former world.​

Caught between the desire for a peaceful life and the haunting memories of his criminal past, a reformed gangster's world spirals into chaos. Audio Launch

​The audio launch event for Retro, the much-anticipated Tamil romantic action film starring Suriya and Pooja Hegde, took place on April 18, 2025, at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai. The grand event commenced at 5 PM, featuring the entire cast and crew, including director Karthik Subbaraj and music composer Santhosh Narayanan.
