Malayalam Actresses & Their Upcoming Movies

Bhavana starrer 'Hunt' will hit the theaters in next month. It also marks the second movie of the actress after her great comeback film 'Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu'. Directed by Shaji Kailas, 'Hunt' features actress Bhavana in the lead roles. It also marked the second collaboration of the actress along with the director Shaji Kalias after 16 years gap. Previously, they worked together for the movie 'Chintamani Kolacase'. Apart from this, Bhavana joined her hands for actor Rahman's upcoming movie. Along with Bhavana and Rahman, it also stars Binu Pappu, Drishya and Shebin Benson.  The film will be directed by debutant Riyas Marath and produced by APK Cinema and Blitzkrieg Films.

Manju Warrier's Malayalam film Ayisha recently hit the screens but received mixed responses from the critics and audiences. Her latest Tamil movie 'Thunivu' was released in the theaters and declared a blockbuster hit at the box-office. Coming to her upcoming movies, Manju will make his Bollywood debut with the film 'Amriki Pandit' directed by Kalpesh Garg.

Kalyani Priyadarshan's upcoming films include 'Sesham Mike-il Fathima', 'Antony' and 'Varshangalkku Shesham'. According to the latest reports, the film 'Sesham Mike-il Fathima' will be released in theaters in September 2023. Antony is another upcoming movie of the actress, directed by Joshiy. Apart from Kalyani Priyadarshan, 'Antony' also stars Joju, Nyla Usha, and Chemban Vinod Jose. If reports are to be believed, Kalyani Priyadarshan will be essaying a prominent role in Vineeth Sreenivasan's sixth directorial venture named 'Varshangalkku Shesham'.

If reports are to be believed the actress will be next seen in the upcoming movie 'Rajani'. In the movie, she appeared in a lead role opposite Kalidas Jayaram. The movie will be released in Malayalam and Tamil languages and is touted to be an investigation thriller. Written and directed by Vinil Scariah Varghese. He penned the dialougues for the movie in Malayalam. The Tamil dialogues are by David K Rajan. Apart from Namitha Pramod and Kalidas, Rajni also stars  Reba Monica John, Saiju Kurupp, Shaun Romy, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, and Ashwin Kumar.

As per the latest reports, Nazriya Nazim signed up for her next Tamil film directed by National Award winner Sudha Kongara. Tentatively titled 'Suriya 42' the upcoming film is said to be an action thriller film where in Actor Suriya will be seen in a lead role.
