The Greatest Of All Time Story

The Greatest Of All Time aka GOAT is an Upcoming Tamil science fiction action film directed by Venkat Prabhu. The movie casts Vijay, Sneha, and Meenakshi Chaudhary in the main lead roles along with Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Yogi Babu, Ajmal Ameer, Laila, Jayaram, Premgi, Mohan, Vaibhav Reddy, and many others have seen in supporting roles. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja while the cinematography was done by Siddhartha Nuni and it is edited by Venkat Raajen. The film is produced by Archana Kalpathi, Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh, Kalpathi S Suresh under AGS Entertainment banner.

Story 

Gandhi (Vijay), an officer in the Anti-Terrorist Team, works on various operations with his team members Kalyan, Sunil, and Ajay (Prabhudeva, Prashanth, and Ajmal). He keeps his dangerous job a secret from his wife Anu (Sneha) and their son Jeevan (Vijay). However, Anu starts to develop suspicions about Gandhi's activities. 

While on a family vacation in Thailand, Gandhi's family is attacked by terrorists, and during this ordeal, Anu discovers the truth about her husband's job. Meanwhile, Jeevan, who was thought to have died in Thailand, resurfaces and begins targeting his own father Gandhi, launching attacks from within their home.

What kind of suspicions does Anu have about her husband Gandhi? How did Jeevan go missing? How did the terrorist team deceive everyone into believing that Jeevan was dead? Why does Jeevan seek revenge against his father Gandhi? Where has Jeevan been all this time, and who raised him? What are the reasons behind Jeevan's anger towards his father? 

How does Jeevan plan to target a Chennai Super Kings match in Chennai as part of his revenge plot? While MS Dhoni is playing, how does Jeevan plan to blow up the stadium? The movie unfolds as Gandhi tries to thwart Jeevan's deadly attack and save the day. 

Release Date

The highly anticipated action-adventure film The Greatest of All Time hit theaters worldwide on September 5th, 2024, in both 2D and IMAX formats. Initially rated U/A by the CBFC, the film's runtime was reduced to 179 minutes after certain scenes were edited.

The much-anticipated film, The G.O.A.T – The Greatest Of All Time, is all set to stream on Netflix. The film will be available for streaming starting from October 3, 2024, in multiple languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. Zee Tamil has also acquired the satellite rights for the film.
