Kumkum Bhagya | Mugdha Chaphekar Aka Prachi’s FIRST REACTION To Quitting Reports Due To Leap: Reason Ye Hai…

Kumkum Bhagya Update: Created by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms, Kumkum Bhagya started airing on ZEE TV in 2014, featuring Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia in the pivotal roles of Pragya and Abhi. Almost instantly, the daily soap became a monumental success, endearing Sriti and Shabir to audiences as one of the most beloved onscreen couples.

ANOTHER GENERATION LEAP IN KUMKUM BHAGYA

However, in 2021, after their enduring presence on the superhit show for over seven years, both actors decided to bid farewell to their roles. Subsequently, the show's creators introduced Mugdha Chaphekar and Krishna Kaul as the new leads, taking on the characters of Prachi and Ranbir. Since then, the duo has been winning hearts and fans fondly call them 'PranBir'.

Now that the second generation has completed two years in Kumkum Bhagya, the makers have decided to revamp the long-running show once again by introducing another generation leap. While the leap is confirmed, there are reports that Mugdha and Krishna are set to bid adieu to the hit drama due to the same.

MUGDHA CHAPHEKAR FIRST REACTION ON QUITTING KUMKUM BHAGYA

In a recent interview, Mugdha Chaphekar aka Prachi finally reacted to the quitting reports and revealed that she's very much a part of it. Talking to Telly Masala about the same, she stated, "Sach bolun toh mai nahi bata sakti, reason ye hai ki pehli baat toh ye creative cheezein hai, aur aisa kuch nahi hai. I'm very much a part of the show, I'll always be a part of the show. So, aisi koi baat nahi hai, kaafi khabrein aa rahi hai aur humne bhi padhi hai. But, of course, jo bhi changes honge, wo creatively honge aur show ki acchai ke liye honge, lekin dukhi mat hona kyunki Pravhi aur Ranbir kahi nahi jaa rahe hai."

She added, "Ye sach definitely nahi hai ki hum jaa rahe hai. Ye mai clear kar dun, hum nahi jaa rahe hai, we're very much part of the show. Definitely, because Kumkum Bhagya hamara show hai, so hum sab jude hue hai, the first generation, the second generation, aur jo bhi aaenge, agar aaenge toh, hum pyaar se welcome karenge and we're very much a part of it. Aur mazedaar hoga, itna promise mai aapse zarur kar sakti hun, lekin kahani hai, aage toh badhna hi hai."

Interestingly, Krishna Kaul had earlier revealed that he'll continue to be a part of Kumkum Bhagya after leap for some time and will be seen as the father of grown-up kids. It seems like Mugdha is going to do the same but is not allowed to reveal the same as of now. Well, the viewers have to wait and see if they'll continue playing their parts after the leap or will quit.
