Harshad Chopda Update: Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been entertaining fans since its premiere on Star Plus in 2009. The family drama, currently featuring Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod as protagonists, is currently making headlines as it's set to take another generation leap very soon.

As the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai makers have already finalized the new cast members, current leads Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod are confirmed to bid adieu to the long-running Star Plus show after a stint of two years. While AbhiRa and PraShad fans aren't happy with the development, the reality is that no one can do anything now.

Currently, Harshad Chopda fans are sad as his character, Abhimanyu, is likely to get killed in a car accident with Abhir and the story will focus on Akshara and Abhinav's daughter Abhira post the 20-year leap. However, it looks like the actor has already planned something for himself post exit from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

According to a Tellychakkar report, Harshad Chopda is set to embark on an extended vacation in Canada before diving into his next project. While it's not yet confirmed, it won't be wrong to say that the actor will have a fantastic time during his Canadian getaway. Don't you agree?

While Harshad is likely to wrap up his shoot for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in the next few days, Pranali will finish shooting for her portion in the first week of November as the new season is set to begin from November 6 onwards.

NEW CAST OF YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI UNVEILED

As reported earlier, the makers of YRKKH have roped in a fresh cast for the new season. While Samridhi Shukla and Shehzada Dhami are confirmed to play the new leads in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, known names like Anita Raj, Shruti Ulfat, and Preeti Amin among others will be seen playing pivotal roles in the show after the leap.
