Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai News: Following the immense success of Bidaai, Rajan Shahi once again teamed up with Star Plus in 2009 to create magic onscreen with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Featuring Hina Khan and Karan Mehra as leads Akshara and Naitik respectively, the show has undergone several transformations over the past 14 years, including multiple time leaps, and it currently focuses on the third generation.

WILL YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI TAKE ANOTHER GENERATION LEAP?

In 2021, Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod joined Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as the new leads, Abhimanyu and Akshara, respectively, following a significant time jump. They have been winning the audience's hearts ever since. The current storyline revolves around Akshara's life after the tragic loss of Abhiman (Jay Soni).

Akshara has developed a strong connection with Abhimanyu as they both support her son, Abhir, who is struggling to cope with the sudden loss of Abhinav. Now, AbhiRa have decided to remarry for the sake of their son when Akshara discovers that she is pregnant with Abhinav's child.

While the current track is getting a mixed response from viewers, there are strong buzz about Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai taking another generation leap in November or December. Amid all this, Redditors recently discussed the career growth of Karishma Sawant's character and called her their favourite YRKKH character.

While the character was negative before the leap, it turned positive after Neil's death and it won't be wrong to say that it is currently the most sane and mature part of the hit show.

REDDITORS CALL AAROHI THEIR FAVOURITE CHARACTER

The thread started after a Redditor user posted about "Arohi character growth" and wrote, Honestly i'm not sure why some viewers still hate on arohi's character. i mean before it made sense but post leap, her character growth has been so impressive. Out of grudge against Akshara manjiri rushed Arohi-Abhi's engagement and then after Abhir revealation the same woman brought up the idea of bringing Akshara and Abhi together, totally forgetting about Arohi and Ruhi. Despite of all of these, arohi has been very understanding and full supportive of Abhi - Akshara relationship. Plus she loves and cares for Abhir like she does for ruhi (we were able to see that during the time Abhi had abhir's custody). Even now when she has been molested, she thought about not ruining Akshara- Abhi's wedding and strictly explained the guy privately. So why so much hate? my favorite character post leap."

This started an interesting discussion with most of the Reddit users agreeing with the people who started the thread. Reacting to it, a Reddit user commented, "Honestly I wish they'd made Aarohi and Abhimanyu a couple, they look HOT. I liked aspects of her character more than Akshara anyway, she's competitive, kinda independent, but grey. Ideally they should've given more time to her and development but we know ITV doesn't let anyone apart from two main leads flourish."

Another wrote, "She has come a long way. At one point she wanted to cause trouble in Abhi-Akshu married life, also accused Abhi of slapping her! Loving all the growth and her scenes now."
