Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai New Hero: Featuring Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda in the lead roles, Rajan Shahi's Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is currently going through a crucial phase as Akshara and Abhimanyu have finally decided to tie the knot again. As the development left AbhiRa fans elated, there have been constant rumours about Harshad and Pranali's exit from YRKKH due to a rumoured generation leap.

The makers of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai are reportedly planning to introduce the leap in November or December this year. While there has been no confirmation regarding the leap, several popular names are currently doing the rounds to replace Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod as YRKKH leads after the leap.

FAHMAAN KHAN TO ENTER AS MAIN LEAD IN YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI?

A few weeks back, it was being said that Imlie and Dharampatnii star Fahmaan Khan has been approached to play the new hero in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai after the leap. Later, the actor reacted to the rumours and gave a diplomatic answer. However, in a new interview, he finally confirmed being approached by the makers of Star Plus' long-running show but there's a twist.

Sharing the same with Tellytalk India, Fahmaan Khan said, "Sach baat batau aapko ki mujhe, abhi filhaal toh maine ek show khatam kiya hai. Aur Yeh Risha ka pata nahi mujhe ki kya ho raha hai... approach shayad... mere manager se baat hui hai. Wo mujhe har cheez nahi bolte hai, jo important hota hai wahi bolte hai. Toh, I don't know how far that conversation has gone. If I don't know, I don't want to comment on it."

So yes, according to Fahmaan, his manager has been discussing the possibility of Fahmaan's entry into YRKKH but things aren't yet finalised.

YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI: HARSHAD CHOPDA'S EXIT CONFIRMED?

As reported earlier, Harshad Chopda is set to leave the show before leap as his character, Abhimanyu, is likely to die in a car accident along with Abhir. While there's no clarity on the same yet, it is being speculated that he'll finish his shoot on October 30. If it's true then his fans are surely going to miss seeing him in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
