After Controversial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Exit, Actress’ Entry Confirmed In Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye

Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye New Parallel Lead: ZEE TV's Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye, featuring Sriti Jha and Arjit Taneja in the lead roles of Amruta and Virat, premiered last December amid significant buzz and high expectations. As anticipated, the daily soap quickly gained popularity, showcasing an unconventional romance between two contrasting personalities.

Amruta, played by Sriti Jha, is an optimistic Maharashtrian woman from a humble background who believes in the importance of effort in maintaining a marriage after finding the right partner. On the other hand, Virat, portrayed by Arjit Taneja, is a Punjabi man from Delhi who is disillusioned with the concept of marriage and often views women as opportunists.

The current track of Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye revolves around the complex equation between Amruta and Virat. However, in order to make the show more interesting and entertaining for viewers, the makers have planned a new twist with the introduction of Virat's former girlfriend.

As reported earlier, the makers were considering Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame Pratiksha Honmukhe to essay the pivotal role. Now, the latest update suggests that she has been finalised to enter Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye as the parallel lead. Yes, you read that right!

PRATIKSHA HONMUKHE TO ENTER KAISE MUJHE TUM MIL GAYE AS VIRAT'S EX GIRLFRIEND

Revealing the same, a source informed ETimes, "Pratiksha will start shooting for Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye in a few weeks. She is finalised to play the other girl in Virat's life. She will play his former girlfriend and bring a lot of twists and turns in Amruta and Virat's life. Pratiksha has played the role of other girl in Yeh Rishta too. Her track will go on air in a few weeks."

However, an official announcement is still awaited from the makers' side. Interestingly, Pratiksha Homukhe have been grabbing eyeballs ever since her controversial exit from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. For the uninitiated, she played the role of Ruhi in YRKKH and was terminated, along with rumoured beau Shehzada Dhami.

Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye will mark her second fiction outing on the small screen.
