Putrudu to hit the screens in August

Shooting of Putrudu directed by Sravankumar Bapatla, presented by Pan America, and produced by Boddam Indrasena under the banner of Friends Film Academy with Indra and Tanisha in the lead is almost complete but for the canning of three songs.

Director said, “We are planning to can the balance three songs at Ramoji Film City during July." Producer and the hero of the film Indra said, “I was trained in martial arts and I have got a suitable story to suit my body language. This character in fact is a challenge for me as it has two different shades. We are planning to launch the audio by the end of July and release the film in August. The film is being made with 'Parusavedi" (a trick which makes iron as gold) concept as its backdrop. At the same time, it has several elements like suspense and comedy too. We are confident that the Telugu audiences who always look for novelty would receive the film well."

Bindu is playing another heroine in this movie, while MS Narayana, Surya, Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao, Duvvasi Mohan, Rajender, Uttej, Nalla Venu, Pruthviraj, Jeeva, Jayavani, Kavita and others are in the cast. Music is by Satya Y, camera is by V Prabhapkar, editing is by D Raja, while story, screenplay, dialogues and direction are by Sravan Bapatla. Bukka Venugopal is the co-producer.
