Puli, despite attracting mixed reviews from both critics and fans, is roaring at the box office. Well, at least in Chennai as the fantasy flick has made a collection of 2.84 crore rupees over its 4 day opening weekend.
The 'Ilayathalapathy' Vijay starrer had more than 465 shows and
according to a reliable source, Puli stands third next
only to Vikram's I and 'Thala' Ajith's Yennai

With an average occupancy of 70 percent in Tamil Nadu, it is
said that Puli might've grossed a whopping 32 crore rupees

SVR Media, the company which distributed Puli in Andhra
Pradesh and Telangana, had expressed its delight on its official

It is said that Puli had amassed an impressive
10.75 crore rupees on its opening day in Tamil Nadu.
