Paltan is a 2018 Bollywood war drama, helmed by J.P Dutta. The movie is based on the Indo-China War of 1962. Paltan focuses on the hard-hitting truth of India's relations with China, and how it is important to acknowledge that China, an enormous power in world politics, poses to be a huge threat to India.
Paltan will mark J.P Dutta's long-awaited comeback after 2006’s Umrao Jaan starring Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
The movie features Sonu Sood, Arjun Rampal, Harshvardhan Rane, Luv Sinha, Siddhant Kapoor, Gurmeet Choudhary and Jackie Shroff. Paltan all set to hit the big screens on September 7, 2018.
