Shiney
says
he
is
making
good
on
a
pact
formed
with
Shivdasani
seven
years
ago.
There
have
been
several
reports
about
Shiney
Ahuja
having
misbehaved
on
the
sets
of
Kunal
Shivdasani's
film
Hijack,
but
few
know
that
Kunal
is
one
of
Shiney's
closest
friends.
Talking
to
us
from
Mauritius,
where
he
is
currently
shooting
for
Hijack,
Shiney
says,
"People
are
talking
about
me
throwing
attitude
and
asking
for
larger
vans,
but
I
can
never
do
that.
I
am
doing
Hijack
for
Kunal.
We
go
back
seven
years
and
he's
my
only
friend
in
Mumbai.
Hijack
is
my
present
to
him.
When
we
became
friends
we
made
a
pact
that
whoever
became
successful
first
would
launch
the
other
in
his
film.
I'm
closer
to
this
film
than
people
realise.
Kunal
and
I
developed
the
script
together."
Shiney
adds
that
someone
from
the
Hijack
unit
is
spreading
these
rumours
about
him.
"It's
a
figment
of
one
person's
imagination
that
I
am
being
difficult.
The
only
thing
that
I
insist
upon
is
a
good
script.
Everything
else
is
unimportant.
These
are
petty
issues
to
get
a
reaction
out
of
me
for.
I
am
even
said
to
be
demanding
special
food
as
I
am
very
fussy," says
Shiney,
grinning.
"I
always
carry
my
own
food
with
me.
I
only
eat
ghar
ka
khana
as
I
like
food
with
less
salt,
oil
and
spice.
That's
why
my
cook
always
travels
with
me,"
he
says.
Shiney
says
he
is
aware
about
who
is
spreading
these
tales
against
him,
but
adds,
"I
don't
want
to
give
him
importance.
This
guy
was
thrown
out
from
his
previous
film
too.
He
added,
"I
have
never
lost
my
temper
on
the
set
or
screamed
at
one
anyone,
but
yes,
I
have
low
tolerance
towards
those
who
don't
come
on
the
sets
with
a
positive
attitude
or
don't
want
to
work.
You
are
where
you
are
because
of
your
hard
work.
I
am
very
sincere
towards
my
work
and
expect
others
to
be
too."
Shiney
and
Kunal
have
been
chilling
out
on
the
beach
on
a
break
from
shooting.
Says
Shiney,
"Mauritius
is
a
beautiful
place.
There
are
lots
of
water
sports
though
I
haven't
got
around
to
indulging
in.
We've
got
a
break
after
seven
days
so
we
have
no
energy
to
do
anything
today.
We
are
just
chilling
on
the
beach
and
fooling
around.
Hijack
has
been
one
of
the
best
experiences
so
far.
I
have
never
felt
so
comfortable
on
a
set."
