Naveen Kumar Bethiganti, also known as Abhay Bethiganti, is an Indian actor and comedian in Telugu cinema who gained recognition with his role in "Pelli Choopulu" (2016). He made his debut as a lead in Tharun Bhascker’s web series "B.Tech" on ZEE5 and received acclaim for his role in Netflix's "Pitta Kathalu." Currently, he is working on "Ramanna Youth," a film he is writing, directing, and starring in.
Early Life:
Naveen was born in Siddipet to Rajaiah Bethiganti, a government school principal, and Vasantha Bethiganti. He completed his education at Gayatri Vidyalayam in Siddipet and graduated from Aurora Engineering College, Hyderabad.
Career:
In 2013, Naveen trained as a mime artist under Dr. Ram Mohan Hulagundi at the Nishumbitha Theatre Group, performing at venues like Ravindra Bharathi and Lamakaan. He made his film debut in 2014 with "Pyar Mein Padipoyane" and rose to fame with his performance as Vishnu in "Pelli Choopulu." His directorial debut "Ramanna Youth" released in theaters on 15 September 2023.

Abhay Bethiganti is participating in the Telugu reality show Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8. He entered the house as the third contestant on September 1st, 2024 hosted by King Nagarjuna.
