Joju George is an Indian film actor and producer who mainly works in Malayalam Film Industry. He is famous for his outstanding performance in the films like Joseph(2018), Chola (2019 and Churuli(2021). The actor who has started his acting career life during mid 1990's. In 2019, Joju George received a special jury mention for his role in 'Joseph' at the 66th National Film Awards.
Personal Life
Born in Mala, Thrissur to George Parecattil and Rosy George. He completed his school eduaction from Government Higher Secondary School,Kuzhur. He then earned a Bachelor's Degree from Christ College, Irinjalakuda.
Actor Joju George got married to Abba in 2008. The two are parents of three children named Ian, Sarah and Ivan.
Career Life
He stepped into the film industry as a junior artist in the Film 'Mazhavil Koodaram'. It was released in 1995, later then he appeared in supporting roles in Malayalm Films.The actor has acted in over 80 films in his two decades of career life.
Some of his best known films are Pattalam (2003), Vasthavam (2006), Trivandrum Lodge (2012), Pullipulikalum Aattinkuttiyum (2013), Action Hero Biju (2016), Take Off (2017) and Udaharanam Sujatha (2017). In 2018, Joju appeared in the movie 'Joseph' in the lead role. The film was commercial hit and actor has recieved critical acclaimation for his perfomance in the film.
Apart from being of an actor, Joju George is a producer. He co-produced the film Charlie in 2015, and the film bagged 8 awards at the 46th Kerala State Film Awards.
