Krishna Shroff Biography

Krishna Shroff was born on 21 January 1993 in India. She belongs to a well-known Bollywood family. She is the daughter of veteran actor Jackie Shroff and film producer Ayesha Dutt, and the younger sister of actor Tiger Shroff. Despite her film background, Krishna chose to build her own identity outside mainstream acting.

Education

She studied at the American School of Bombay. Later, she moved to Dubai to pursue her higher education and earned a bachelor’s degree in film production from the SAE Institute.

Interest in Sports

From a young age, Krishna had a strong interest in sports, especially basketball. She was actively involved in the sport and even worked as a coach for young athletes.

Fitness Entrepreneurship

Krishna is a co-founder of MMA Matrix, a fitness center in Mumbai that focuses on mixed martial arts training. She also co-founded Matrix Fight Night (MFN), which has grown into one of India’s leading professional MMA promotions.

Filmmaking Career

In 2015, she directed and co-produced the documentary Black Sheep. The film explores the lives and struggles of Mumbai’s transgender community and received attention for its meaningful subject.

Television Appearances

Krishna made her reality TV debut in 2024 with Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, where she finished as the runner-up. In 2025, she appeared in another reality show titled Chhoriyan Chali Gaon.

Awards and Recognition

In 2024, she was honoured with the “Woman Fitness Leader of the Year” award by Asian Talks for her contributions to the fitness industry.








Personal Life

Krishna Shroff is engaged to Abdul Azim Badakhshi, a professional MMA fighter from Afghanistan.
