Career
In 2016, Singh appeared in Zee TV's "Janbaaz Sindbad," portraying the character Aameen. From October 2018 to January 2023, she starred in Star Bharat's "RadhaKrishn" as the lead role of Radha, alongside Sumedh Mudgalkar. Additionally, she portrayed various recurring characters such as Sita, Lakshmi, Bhudevi, Ashtalakshmi, Shitala, Alakshmi, Vallabha, Vrindavaneshwari, Madhavi, Bhargavi (Shri Devi), Amba Bai, and Kishori.
She also portrayed the character Srini in the web series "Escaype Live," which aired on Disney+Hotstar.
In October 2021, she reprised her role as Devi Lakshmi in the prequel series of "RadhaKrishn," titled "Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki," which aired on Star Bharat and Disney+Hotstar, concluding in July 2022. In 2024, Mallika Singh made her debut as a lead actress in the Kannada movie "Ondu Sarala Premakathe," opposite Vinay Rajkumar.
