Rajat Dalal was born on 12 January 1996 in Faridabad. He comes from a Hindu Jaat family. His father, Mohinder Singh Dalal, played an important role in his upbringing. Rajat has two siblings, Mukesh and Neeru. He completed his schooling at Tagore Academy Public School and later graduated from Manav Rachna University, where he built a strong foundation for his future pursuits.
Rajat began his journey in fitness with a strong focus on powerlifting, eventually rising to become a World Powerlifting Champion. He gained recognition for his exceptional strength, particularly in deadlifting.
One of his most notable achievements includes a massive gym total of 816 kg, comprising:
310 kg squat
176 kg bench press
330 kg deadlift
His dedication and discipline helped him win multiple national and international medals, establishing him as one of India’s prominent powerlifters.
Apart from sports, Rajat leveraged social media to build his personal brand. Through Instagram, he shares workout routines, motivational content, and glimpses of his lifestyle. With over 2 million followers, he has become a well-known fitness influencer, inspiring many young fitness enthusiasts across the country.
