Sharvari Wagh

Sharvari Wagh is an Indian film actress who prominently works in the Hindi movie industry. Sharvari made her acting debut in the Bollywood film Bunty Aur Babli 2. She received a great deal of attention from the audience and garnered praise. The actress was honoured by the IIFA Awards for playing a prominent part in her first film, Bunty Aur Babli 2.

Personal Life

Sharvari was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on June 14, 1996. The Dadar Parsee Youth Assembly High School (DPYA) in Mumbai is where she received her early education. She subsequently enrolled at Mumbai University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree before continuing on with her B. Sc). Sharvari, who had always wanted to be an actress, received the full backing of her family and launched her modelling career at the young age of 16.

Career

Sharvari competed in the Clean & Clear Fresh Face Contest beauty competition in 2013 while modelling, and she won the title. She appeared in some television commercials after winning the competition, and then she joined the Jeff Goldberg Studio to master the intricacies of acting, where she completed a 9-month acting training.

Throughout her acting training, she used to go to theatre workshops each weekend to hone her performing abilities. Few people are aware that Sharvari served as an assistant director on the Hindi films Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Bajirao Mastani, and Pyar Ka Punchnama 2. She had the opportunity to collaborate extensively with Ranveer Singh while filming the Bollywood movie Bajirao Mastani, which led her to develop a love for his performance. She later stated in an interview that one day she hopes to work on a movie with Ranveer Singh.

After taking acting classes and theatrical workshops, Sharvari was given the opportunity to play the lead character in the 2020 release of the Amazon Prime online series The Forgotten Army: Azaadi Ke Liye. She made her acting debut in this series as Maya, opposite Sunny Kaushal. In 2021, she made her debut in the Bollywood industry with the Yash Raj Production House-produced movie Bunty Aur Babli 2. She appears in the movie as Ahana (or Babi) with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Saif Ali Khan, as well as Rani Mukerji. Sharvari Wagh worked hard to promote her directorial debut. In addition to this, she advertised the movie on a number of television programmes, including The Big Picture, Bigg Boss 15, and The Kapil Sharma Show.
