Shiv Thakare

Shiv Thakare is an Indian television personality, dance choreographer, and actor who gained prominence for appearing on reality series like Bigg Boss Marathi 2, MTV Roadies Rising, and Bigg Boss 16. After winning the second season of Bigg Boss Marathi, he gained enormous recognition. His reputation then spread to Bigg Boss Season 16, where he finished second.

Personal Life

Thakare was born on September 9, 1989, in Amravati, Maharashtra to Manohar Thakare and Ashatai Thakare. He studied engineering at the G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering in Pune. After graduating, he worked as a software engineer for a few years. However, he always wanted to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.

Television Career

In 2017, Thakare participated in the reality show MTV Roadies Rising. He reached the semi-finals of the show. In 2019, he participated in the Marathi reality programme Bigg Boss Marathi 2 and ended up winning the show. He also appeared in MTV's The Antisocial Network.

In 2020, he joined the panel of MTV Roadies Revolution as a judge in the audition rounds. In March 2021, he launched his entrepreneurial project, a deodorant brand called "B. Real". He is a popular figure on social media and has a large fan following for his positive attitude and dedication to his work.

Bigg Boss Marathi

Shiv Thakare was one of the most popular contestants on the second season of Bigg Boss Marathi and eventually won the title at the end.
