Susovan Sonu Roy was born in Howrah, West Bengal, India. He spent his early years between Kolkata and Guwahati. He completed his schooling in Kolkata and later graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dum Dum Motijheel Rabindra Mahavidyalaya, affiliated with West Bengal State University.
