V Manohar

V. Manohar is a music director, lyricist and an actor in Kannada film industry. He has scored music to several Kannada movies. He is a native of Vitla village in Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka. During the beginning of his career, he was very closely associated with the popular Kannada cinema directors Kashinath and Upendra.

He has composed music for Kannada movies like O Mallige, Indra Danush, Janumada Jodi, Tharle Nan Maga, Swasthick, Duniya, Ee Sambhaashane, Banda nan Ganda, Janumada Gelathi, Mathadana, etc. He has also composed music and title songs for popular television serials like Danda Pindagalu, Prema Pishachigalu, Daridra Lakshmiyaru directed by Pani Ramchandra and also Pa Pa Pandu, Silli Lalli and other comedy serials by Sihi Kahi Chandru.

He has won Karnataka State Award for best music for the movie (Super Hit) Anuraaga Sangama.
