Vaani Kapoor Biography

Vaani Kapoor is an Indian actress who mainly appears in Bollywood films. She made her acting debut in 2013 with 'Shuddh Desi Romance'.

Personal Life

Vaani Kapoor was born to Shiv Kapoor and Dimpy Kapoor in Delhi. After completing schooling at Meta Jai Paur Public School in Delhi later she earned a bachelor's degree in tourism from IGNOU.

Career Life

Vaani stepped into the film industry as a model later she started acting in Television serials. After years of waiting, she made her film debut in the comedy-romantic film 'Shuddh Desi Romance'. She played a lead role alongside Sushant Singh Rajput and Parineeti Chopra. After the commercial success of her debut movie, she made her Tamil debut in 2010. Titled 'Aaha Kalyanam', the film was a remake of the Hindi film 'Band Baaja Baaraat.'

Her next film was 'Befikre'. As a romantic drama, directed by Aditya Chopra, the actress played a lead role opposite Ranveer Singh. Vaani was last seen in films including Bell Bottom, Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, and Shamshera.
