Vijay shakes legs with son in Vettaikkaran

Vettaikkaran, the latest Vijay movie directed by Babu Sivan, and with an all-time favourite MGR film title, has one more speciality to look forward to. In some scenes in the opening song choreographed by Shobhi and set to Vijay Antony's music, Vijay's son Sanjay has danced along with his father.

Since Pokkiri, Vijay has been following the trend and sentiment of keeping his opening numbers impressive. They are dance numbers filled with motivating lines for the youth. His 'Munnal Munnal' in Azhagiya Tamizh Magan and 'Rama Rama' in Villu have inspired his young admirers a great deal. Vijay began his filmi career when he danced and appeared in bit parts in his dad S.A.Chandrasekar's movies. But till now, except the IPL tournament for which Vijay took the ambassadorship and brought his son along with him for one match (remember the famous photo of Vijay giving his son a piggy-back ride in the field?), his children have never come under the glare of the limelight. So with this move, Sanjay is following the footsteps of his father and Vijay could be doing this to feed the curiosity and affection of his ardent fans?
