The combination of Allari Naresh and Sarwanand became hit in Gamyam. The film won praises from critics and was a commercial hit too. Keeping this point in view, director Narayana penned a story keeping the duo in mind. He roped in Shriya Saran, who was not had many films on hand but still had some fan following. Having this three in the cast, he has weaved an entertainer, which will be liked by both the front benchers as well as class audiences.
Dr Nandini (Shriya) runs a nursing home in Hyderabad and Avinash (Allari Naresh) is a petty thief in Amalapuram. Chanti (Ali) is his assistant. Avinash is forced to run away to Hyderabad, when the local inspector starts chasing him. There, Avinash falls in love with Nandini. At this juncture, Anand (Sharwanand) gets admitted in the nursing home to cure his phobia. Avinash finds that it is not a phobia, but he too is in love with the Nandini. Even as both are fighting with each other for Nandini, Akubhai (Brahmanandam), a small-time goonda, enters in the middle claiming that he too is in love with Nandini. From here, the story takes several twists. What happens next should be seen on-screen.
