Personal Life
Born as Shanta Meena to Bhaskar and actress Lakshmi, Aishwarya has a step-sister from her mother's third marriage with Sivachandran. She was previously married to Tanveer Ahmed from 1994 to 1996, during which they welcomed their first child, a daughter.

Career
Aishwarya embarked on her acting journey in Malayalam cinema with 'Oliyampukal' in 1991, followed by her Telugu debut in 'Mamagaru' the same year. In 1992, she graced Tamil screens with the action comedy 'Rasukutty.' Notably, Aishwarya portrayed a dual role in the Malayalam film 'Butterflies' alongside Mohanlal. Her versatility was further showcased in the Tamil film 'Gardish,' where she played a 'double role,' a remake of the Malayalam movie 'Kireedam.'

Aishwarya has also made notable appearances in various TV serials across Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu. In 2020, she made her debut in web series with Amazon Prime's Telugu series 'Gangstars' and appeared in the Tamil web series 'Dear u brother u.'
