Alia Bhatt

Alia Bhatt is the daughter of director Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan, a film actress and director. She has one sister Shaheen Bhatt, a sister Pooja Bhatt, and a brother Rahul Bhatt. Actor Emraan Hashmi and director Mohit Suri are her cousins and producer Mukesh Bhatt is her uncle. Alia completed high school at Jamnabai Narsee School IB in May 2011.

Bhatt has acted as a child artist in the film Sangharsh (1999), starring Akshay Kumar and Preity Zinta. She played the younger Zinta in the film.

She started her career in Bollywood as a lead role in the upcoming film Student of the Year where she stars opposite newcomers Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan (David Dhawan's son). Later on, she worked in several hit movies like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya, Raazi, Brahmastra, and many more. Gangubai was one of her latest movies where she was highly appreciated by the public and critics.

Alia and Ranbir have been honored by inviting them to Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir Ceremony by RSS. Which decorated her reputation more among the public of India.

Marriage
Alia Bhatt married actor Ranbir Kapoor in 2022. The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in the presence of their close friends and immediate family members.
