Anaswara Rajan Biography

Anaswara Rajan is a well-known Indian actress, who acts mainly in Malayalam and Tamil Films. She made her acting debut in Malayalam Cinema in the 2017 release 'Udaharanam Sujatha'. But she got much popularity with her stellar performance in the movies 'Thaneermathan Dhinaghal' and 'Super Saranya'. Apart from acting in Malayalam movies, Anaswara Rajan also acted in the Tamil movie 'Raangi' and the Hindi movie 'Yaariyan 2'. 

Personal Life 
Born to Rajan and Usha on 8 September 2002 in Kannur, Kerala, Anaswara dreamed to being an actress since her childhood. Anaswara completed her high school education at St. Mary’s Girls High School in Payyanur in 2019 and did her secondary education at Government Higher Secondary School, Payyanur. 

Career Life 
She stepped into the big screen as a child artist in the Malayalam movie 'Udharanam Sujatha which was directed by Roshan Andrews. In the movie, she played the role of Manju Warrier's daughter and gained the attention of many audiences in the industry. Later she made her lead debut in the movie 'Thaneermathan Dinghal' in 2019. The rom-com drama, written and directed by Girish A.D and featured actors Mathew Thomas, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Anaswara Rajan, Naslen K. Gafoor in significant roles. Released in 2019, the film earned almost Rs 45 crore and emerged as one of the highest-grossing films of that year.

'Super Saranya' is another movie of the actress, which marked her second collaboration with the filmmaker  Girish A.D after 'Thaneer Mathan Dinaghal'. It is also considered one of the finest performances of the actress, who is known for powerful female characters. She also acted in significant roles in the superhit movies like Pranaya Vilasam and Padmini. 

Besides acting in Malayalam movies, Anaswara proved her acting prowess in other languages including Tamil and Hindi. She made her debut in the Tamil cinema with 'Raangi' in 2022. Her Bollywood debut 'Yaariyan 2' is an official remake of the 2014 Malayalam hit Bangalore Days. Helmed by Radhika Rao & Vinay Sapru, the film is all set to hit the theaters in 2023.
