Poornima Ravi , also known as Araathi and Araathu Aandhi , is a preeminent dancer, YouTuber, and actress in the Kollywood industry. She plays a vital role in the two popular Tamil YouTube entertainment channels, Araathi and Narikootam. A vibrant artist, she delivers humorous and awareness-raising content. She is renowned as the finest female artist on YouTube and is pushing the gears to achieve success in Kollywood movies. Araathi also starred in the 2021 feature film Plan Panni Pannanum , alongside Rio and Ramya Nambeesan. Personal Life Araathi Poornima was born on October 5th, 1995, in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, into a Hindu family with her father, Ravi Somasudharam, and her mother, Usha Ravi. She has one elder brother, Kishore, who is married and works in the IT field. She is a single woman with a bright future. Early Life Poornima Ravi finished her schooling at Shrishti Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Vellore. And college at VIT University, Vellore, as a graduate of BE. From her school days, she was teased about mean things about her dark skin and bullied for that. As she studied, she landed a campus interview at Cognizant, opening doors to a job in Chennai. Career Under the spotlight of a new YouTube channel called Araathi, Poornima Ravi emerged as a shining star. She was the sole lead artist, and her videos quickly captured the hearts of viewers, amassing millions of views and thousands of subscribers. Poornima's journey to YouTube fame began when she joined a team that was working on creating a female-centric channel. She was often involved in arguments and disagreements with other contestants, particularly Vichitra and Archana. Poornima Ravi walks out of Bigg Boss Tamil 7 with Rs 16 lakh on 96th day of the show.
