Sarath Raj Biography

KPY Sarath, also known as Sarath Raj, is an Indian actor and comedian who works in the Tamil film and television industry. He is known for his work in the television shows Kalakka Povathu Yaaru, Sirippuda, and Cooku with Comali.

Personal Life

Sarath hails from Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, where he was born on August 3, 1988, to Nadakumar and Nandini. He did his early education in his village before graduating from the local college in Kanchipuram.

Career

Sarath began his career as a theatre actor, honing his craft in numerous plays. He made his television debut in the 2010 series Kana Kaanum Kaalangal and has since starred in several other shows, including Kalakka Povathu Yaaru, Sirippuda, and Cooku with Comali. In 2017, he made his film debut in the movie Sathya and has since appeared in the movies Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja movie in 2019 and then he went on to play a brief role in Vadhandhi: The Fable of Velonie web series.
