Suchitra Karthik Kumar is an Indian Tamil singer and TV anchor. She has appeared in a few Kollywood films, but her main priority is singing and anchoring shows. Prior to embarking on a singing career, she appeared as a music radio jockey on Mirchi FM. One of her songs "Excuse me" is a great hit.
Suchitra has sung over 200 songs in five different Indian languages for feature films. Her husband is the noted theatre and film actor, Karthik Kumar.
