Tiger Shroff Biography

Tiger Shroff is an Indian actor, singer and dancer who predominantly works in the Hindi film industry. He is the son of actor Jackie Shroff and producer Ayesha Dutt. Tiger Shroff made his acting debut in 2012 with Heropanti. The actor is best known for his romantic and action performances in movies like Baaghi and Heropanti 2.

Personal Life

Tiger Shroff aka Jai Hemant Shroff was born to Indian film actor Jackie Shroff and Ayesha. He has one sister, Krishna, who is three years younger. Tiger Shroff studied at the American School of Bombay.

Career Life

Tiger Shroff made his acting debut in 2017 with 'Heropanti' opposite the charming and talented actress, Kriti Sanaon. Directed by Sabbir Khan, the film received mixed reviews from the audience and collected 652 million crore at the box office. With his stellar performances and dancing skills, the actor became a favourite among audiences.

For his stupendous performances in his debut film, he received the Filmfare Award for Best Debut Male in the same year. Later, he starred in the film 'Bhaagi'. Directed by Sabbir Khan, the film featured Shraddha Kapoor, Sudheer Babu and Shaurya Bharadwaj in the lead roles. His next film was D’Souza’s Flying Jatt alongside Jacqueline Fernandez. Released in 2016, the film became a super hit and earned 420 million across India.  

In 2017, he worked with many talented artists in the industry. The next year, he featured in the action sequel film 'Bhaagi 2' alongside Disha Patani. In 2019, he worked with Hrithik Roshan in the film War. His notable 2022 projects include Heropanti 2 and Ganapath Part 1.
