Vipul Amrutlal Shah (sometimes also spelt as Vipul Shah) is a film producer and director of Hindi movies. So far, he has directed a number of Hindi films. He produced a film London Dreams , starring Salman khan and Asin Thottmukul. In all his films, he includes Akshay Kumar. The director was praised by the critics for his debut film Aankhen which was one of the 5 biggest hits of 2002. He then impressed the audience and critics in his next film Waqt: The Race Against Time which was also one of the highest grossing films of 2005. His next two films Namastey London and Singh Is Kinng did well at the box office. He is currently married to Shefali Shetty. Vipul Shah initially started off with a soap opera 'Ek Mahal Ho Sapno Ka', aired on Sony Entertaintment Channel.The serial went on to be the longest running family drama with over 1000 episodes. He was the producer of Comedy Circus and Jhalak Dikhla Jaa on Sony TV Asia.
