Kanguva is a Tamil historical fantasy drama written and directed by Siruthai Siva . Suriya plays the lead role, with Bollywood beauty Disha Patani , comedian Yogi Babu , and many others in supporting roles. Disha Patani has already amassed a sizable fan base among Tamil audiences through her work in films like M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story and Malang , as well as her popular Instagram posts. This upcoming Tamil debut is sure to further cement her status as a star in the industry and among the audience. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad composed the soundtrack and background score for this film. Vetri Palanisamy handled the cinematography, and the film's editing was done by Nishad Yusuf. K. E. Gnanavel Raja, Vamsi, and Telugu producer Pramod produced this film under the banners of Studio Green and UV Creations.
